Mold on commercial property

SERVPRO responded to a commercial water leak from an ice machine on the opposite side of a shared wall.  Unfortunately this leak had been occurring without knowledge for some time.  Containment was placed down the entire hallway, isolating out the unaffected areas.  This allowed use to continue of the property.  HEPA air filtration was used to mitigate any airborne mold spores during the cleaning process.  Once the demo was performed and final HEPA vacuuming then a final air sample test was performed by a third party testing company.  This ensured that there was not an elevated level of mold spores in the containment.  Once that was cleared the area was ready for reconstruction.
