Residential Fire cleaning

SERVPRO responded to a fire that broke out during the reconstruction and remodel of property in San Clemente.  The property framing caught fire in section that caused soot damage in three main rooms.  It was determined the best method of mitigating the odor and soot residue was to use dry ice blasting as the main cleaning method.  This allowed an abrasive medium to clean the framing of any soot and minimal cleaning after of debris.  A final HEPA vac was also performed and encapsulate clear coating applied to the framing.  All was cleaned in the space of one week and construction continued on.
