Flooded School

This flooded private school was the result of a fire sprinkler malfunction. The water flooded 2 stories of the school and affected multiple classrooms along with a large auditorium (shown in the photo).  The contents were removed and stored onsite in storage pods.  The were cleaned and restored.  The structure had extensive water throughout.  Affected drywall was removed to access the affected framing cavities and sub-floors.  Carpet was removed due to the delamination of the glue down carpet.  We also performed the repairs of the drywall, painting and flooring in this structure.  Total turn around time was one month with all repairs.
