Mold before and after

Mold remediation on residential property in Huntington Beach.  In wall copper pipe had a small pinhole leak that allowed to leak a few weeks without detection.  As evidence on the backside of the drywall, significant mold growth had occurred requiring a proper remediation.  The affected material was removed, framing was wire brushed and cleaned, and a full HEPA vacuum was performed in the containment area.  Once cleaned and dried to normal moisture levels the area was tested by a third party environmental testing company.  The air sample taken from the containment returned with a normal mold spore count enabling the area ready for drywall repairs.
